Label Id Description
positive regulation of activation of Janus kinase activity GO_0010536
Any process that increases the frequency or rate of activation of JAK (Janus Activated Kinase) protein. The activation of JAK protein is the process of introducing a phosphate group to a tyrosine residue of a JAK (Janus Activated Kinase) protein, thereby activating it.
positive regulation of peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation GO_0050731
Any process that activates or increases the frequency, rate or extent of the phosphorylation of peptidyl-tyrosine.
GO_0010537 GO_0010537
acropetal auxin transport GO_0010541
The unidirectional movement of auxin from the base towards the apex of an organ, including the shoot, leaf, primary root, or lateral root.
GO_0009552 GO_0009552
nitrate efflux transmembrane transporter activity GO_0010542
Enables the transfer of nitrate from the inside of the cell to the outside of the cell across a membrane.
embryo sac development GO_0009553
The process whose specific outcome is the progression of the embryo sac over time, from its formation to the mature structure. The process begins with the meiosis of the megasporocyte to form four haploid megaspores. Three of the megaspores disintegrate, and the fourth undergoes mitosis giving rise to a binucleate syncytial embryo sac. The two haploid nuclei migrate to the opposite poles of the embryo sac and then undergo two rounds of mitosis generating four haploid nuclei at each pole. One nucleus from each set of four migrates to the center of the cell. Cellularization occurs, resulting in an eight-nucleate seven-celled structure. This structure contains two synergid cells and an egg cell at the micropylar end, and three antipodal cells at the other end. A binucleate endosperm mother cell is formed at the center. The two polar nuclei fuse resulting in a mononucleate diploid endosperm mother cell. The three antipodal cells degenerate.
gametophyte development GO_0048229
The process whose specific outcome is the progression of the gametophyte over time, from its formation to the mature structure. The gametophyte is the gamete-producing individual or phase in the life cycle having alternation of generations. An example of this process is found in Arabidopsis thaliana.
regulation of platelet activation GO_0010543
Any process that modulates the rate or frequency of platelet activation. Platelet activation is a series of progressive, overlapping events triggered by exposure of the platelets to subendothelial tissue.
regulation of cell activation GO_0050865
Any process that modulates the frequency, rate or extent of cell activation, the change in the morphology or behavior of a cell resulting from exposure to an activating factor such as a cellular or soluble ligand.
primary plasmodesma GO_0009550
A plasmodesma that consists of a simple, single channel; found predominantly in young tissue and formed as a function of cell plate formation during cytokinesis.
secondary plasmodesma GO_0009551
A plasmodesma with a branched structure, often with many channels leading into a larger central cavity; found in older tissues and usually derived from preexisting primary plasmodesmata.
negative regulation of platelet activation GO_0010544
Any process that decreases the rate or frequency of platelet activation. Platelet activation is a series of progressive, overlapping events triggered by exposure of the platelets to subendothelial tissue.
negative regulation of cell activation GO_0050866
Any process that stops, prevents, or reduces the frequency, rate or extent of cell activation.
microsporogenesis GO_0009556
The process in which the microsporocyte undergoes meiosis, giving rise to four haploid microspores.
plant-type sporogenesis GO_0048236
The formation of plant spores derived from the products of meiosis. The spore gives rise to gametophytes.
box C/D RNA binding GO_0034512
Binding to a box C/D small nucleolar RNA.
snoRNA binding GO_0030515
Binding to a small nucleolar RNA.
antipodal cell differentiation GO_0009557
The process in which an uncellularized nucleus cellularizes and acquires the specialized features of an antipodal cell.
box H/ACA snoRNA binding GO_0034513
Binding to a box H/ACA small nucleolar RNA.
